Psycho-Sleuth cognitive disorders
Murders in Psycho-Sleuth are filtered through contagious cognitive disorders. The store gives clear examples: OCD forces absolute truth so no one can lie; spatial neglect erases evidence from the left side of reality; prosopagnosia blurs every face. Alien Limb Syndrome is floated as another possible explanation for a severed-limb scene.
| Disorder example | Store-page effect |
|---|---|
| OCD | Absolute truth — no one can lie |
| Spatial neglect | Evidence on the left side of reality is erased |
| Prosopagnosia | Every face becomes anonymous |
| Alien Limb Syndrome | Named as a possible reading of a severed-limb corpse |
| Contagion | Warped perceptions can spread to others at the scene |
The cult Li frames the trial as a path to godhood for anyone who kills without being exposed. Punishments for revealed culprits are said to be shaped by each person's own disorder. This page only repeats those published examples; it does not invent a full disorder roster.
